The total office accommodation is 12,000 sq ft and the warehouse some 25,000 sq ft, with storage up to 10m in height. The majority of SAY’s scaffolding materials are stored within the warehouse area, along with fittings and all materials to be checked & serviced prior to delivery on site.
The external storage area extends to a further 1.5 acres, within which our conventional scaffold materials and vehicles are stored. Our premises are secured with a state-of-the-art centrally monitored system, including 18 of the latest video surveillance cameras. We feel that our office complex should reflect the work that we carry out and we are proud to showcase it here.
The directors purchased the Rudgate complex in March 2005 and, following a refurbishment of the office and reconfiguration of the yard area, SAY finally moved in on 9th May 2005.
Our depot is totally self-sufficient in terms of Management, Safety Officers and all directly employed labour and equipment. Our management team have vast experience in the scaffolding industry. They are flexible and can respond quickly to changes in working methods and contract strategies.
We’re expanding! In 2014 the adjoining unit became available and our Directors have taken this opportunity to add to our existing facilities. The new unit will offer us additional office & yard space and allow the company to develop into the future.
